2. International transfers
Where any sub-processor transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. All sub-processors are contractually bound to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
3. How we manage changes
We update this page when we add, remove, or change a sub-processor. Customers under contract receive advance notice of material changes through the channel set out in their Data Processing Agreement, with a reasonable period to object.
